Welcome to NANO101 – Nanotechnology Safety Awareness Training

You are required to complete all of the modules in this training. After you have completed the modules there is a final exam. The passing score for the final exam is a minimum of 80%.

Who is required to take NANO101?

NANO101 is required for all Sandia National Laboratories (SNL) Members of the Workforce (MOW), Visitors, and their respective direct Managers who participate in activities involving the use of unbound engineered nanoscale particles (UNP) on Sandia-controlled premises.
NANO101 is required at the time of initial assignment with a retraining interval of every three years or as new information or changes in requirements, policy, and procedures dictate.
Successful completion of NANO101 includes passing the final exam with a minimum score of 80%.

Prerequisites

The prerequisites for NANO101 are CHM101 and CHM103
